Police said the deceased, identified as Sukant Raout of Odisha, who worked as a plumber in the city, sustained multiple fractures and rushed to a hospital in Delhi, where he succumbed to injuries in the evening.

An unidentified man was allegedly run over by a Haryana Roadways bus near Shikhohpur turn on Delhi-Jaipur highway. The deceased appeared to be in his mid-30s, police said, adding that the victim was not carrying any documents, which could help in his identification.
