Himachal HC reserves judgment on plea challenging CPSes’ appointments

The HC division bench heard the arguments on the petition filed by PERGO today. Three separate petitions were filed challenging the legality and constitutionality of the appointments of chief parliamentary secretaries in the state. The court has already completed hearings on the petition filed by the BJP legislators and one Kalpana Devi and reserved its judgment.

Speaker says three violated scheduled 10th of Constitution by joining BJP before acceptance of their resignation. Pathania had summoned Hamirpur MLA Ashish Sharma; Nalagarh MLA KL Thakur and Dehra MLA Hoshiyar Singh Thakur.
