This year around 9 lakh candidates have appeared for JEE Mains Session 2 Exam 2023. Along with the results, the final answer key, toppers list, All India Rank list, cut off, percentile and other information will also be released on the official website of NTA JEE.
NTA conducted JEE Mains Session 2 Exam on April 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15, 2023. The provisional answer key was released on April 19 and the last date to raise objections was till April 21, 2023. The final provisional answer key was released on April 24, 2023. Check latest updates below.

JEE Mains 2023: What if question is dropped?
As per existing rules of NTA, when a question is dropped, marks are awarded in this manner:
Four marks will be awarded to all candidates who wrote the paper, irrespective of whether s/he has attempted it or not.
For non MCQs: Four marks will be awarded to only those who have attempted the question.

NTA normalises a candidates marks in JEE Main (raw score) and publishes it as NTA score or percentile score.
Since the exam is held in multiple shifts, normalisation of marks is used to ensure that no candidate is at an advantage or disadvantage due to lower or higher level of difficulty of question papers.
