Free water: Mayor to meet Chandigarh administrator today

Ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, the Chandigarh municipal corporation House on March 11, led by the mayor who owes allegiance to the Aam Aadmi Party, had approved 20,000 litres of free water to each household every month

Chandigarh AAP mayor’s swearing-in put off at last moment

Though Kuldeep Kumar Dhalor was not available for comment and his phone was switched off, a message circulated by Chandigarh AAP leaders on social media at 8am said, “Due to personal reasons of Dhalor, we have postponed the swearing-in till further orders.”
