J&K Police introduces highway patrol vehicles to increase security

Apart from introducing these vehicles, the Jammu and Kashmir Police have been strengthening the nakas to stop the infiltrations by installing cameras and deploying a composite strength of paramilitary and police personnel here.

Jammu and Kashmir cadre of All India Services merged with AGMUT

This J&K cadre of All India services had stopped inducting new officers after the government had recategorised the erstwhile state into two UTs – J&K and Ladakh after scrapping Article 370, which gave the state somewhat special status, on August 5, 2019.
