Rs30,000-cr Motilal Nagar revamp to take off in August

The project spanning across 128 acres in Goregaon will involve rehabilitation of 3,628 tenants into new 1,100-1,200-square-feet brand-new homes.
The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority’s (MHADA) ambitious project, the Motilal Nagar revamp, worth Rs30,000 crore, is all set to take off in August with the housing body to float tenders then. It has also planned to start work from October.
